Cara's mission of sharing her life-changing message was sparked by the tragic death of her identicaltwin sister, Mairin, the day after their 18th birthday. This was a painful personal tragedy for Cara and her family and is the driving force that launched Cara's relentless campaign of Changing Attitudes, Saving Lives. This affected her so deeply that she is committed to helping others put life and its challenges in perspective.
She has worked with and learned from such renowned leaders, authors and presenters as Anthony Robbins, Mark Victor Hansen and Stephen Covey. She also works closely with police and education departments worldwide.
